Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Ship to Rampage
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided during the initiation process and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
